Ready to Kite

Reduce soreness from day two
Improve recovery
Progress faster with less pain
Enjoy your trip more fully

kite Kite starts long before you put the kite in the air.

Why

This is not complicated training.

The goal is not to crush yourself before the trip. The goal is to wake up the right areas, restore some mobility, improve control, and handle your sessions better.

Less useless fatigue

Reduce that dead-on-day-two feeling.

More control

Train legs, core, shoulders and stability that actually matter for riding.

More fun

A body that is more ready means more quality sessions.

Sound familiar?

How to fit it in before a trip

You do not need a military plan. Pick the frequency that fits your real life.

Monday — full routine
Wednesday — full routine
Friday — full routine

Ideally start 2 to 4 weeks before your trip. If you are late, just do the routine consistently instead of trying to compensate with too much volume.

I have been a sports physiotherapist since 2004, passionate about outdoor sports and a kitesurfer myself. After a knee injury in kite, I realized even more how much preparation shapes enjoyment on the water.

Kitesurf Rehab is a simple, practical and functional approach: prepare your body better, recover better, and stay on the water longer.
